With life becoming increasingly busy, and work being at the forefront of most peoples lives in order to lead a life that we can enjoy, it is paramount that our health does not suffer. Stress is more than just feeling a bit ‘on edge’. It is a chemical reaction inside your body. If you don’t do anything to calm those feelings or let them out, where does that reaction go? It comes out in the form of injuries or disease.

By making a small amount of time ideally each day, or a few times per week, for yourself to really relax and calm, you are preventing your health declining. It really is a fact.

I want people to be able to come along to a relaxing place for a treatment just for themselves. And as listed below, the heaps of benefits associated with the provided treatments can only provide goodness for your mind and body. Shut the world out for a little while. You deserve it.

I like to ensure the space I provide for my treatments is warm, and relaxing. So it always has soft lighting, an oil diffuser full of relaxing lavender and other oils, and some background music. Massage is great for the muscles, but equally as beneficial for the mind if in the right environment. So relax, and book in.

Indian Head Massage *Sports Edition* (3o – 45 mins)

Indian Head Massage involves work on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. It helps reduce stress, fatigue, and eyestrain. It’s relaxing & rejuvenating! Clients are lying down for this treatment, instead of sitting up – as I find they feel much more relaxed.

MyoFascial Cupping

I offer MyoFascial Cupping as an extra alongside any treatment, free of charge. But, what is it? It’s a soft tissue therapy that encourages blood flow by creating a negative pressure (suction) on the skin, through using plastic (or in some cases, glass) cups. They are great for releasing tension and promoting relaxation. Dark circle marks can sometimes be left (but is not the aim of the treatment), but these disappear after a few days and do not cause any discomfort.
